The Cat Empire may have been and gone but there are still some great gigs heading to Toowoomba soon. Get your tickets now!

The Screaming Jets – Sunday 22 May

Screaming Jets have released a new album and are taking it on the road at selected venues in May. At the Blue Mountain Hotel, tickets are $39.

Kate Heart – Saturday 28 May 

TheGRID Sound hosts Aussie songwriter/singer Kate Heart’s Big Love Tour. True to the hybrid nature of TheGRID the show will also feature artist Laura Douglas live painting during the performance. So if you missed Laura’s recent Horses and Horizons exhibit at Feather and Lawry now’s your chance. Tickets $10.

Apia Good Times Tour – Thursday 2 June

Four Aussie legends, Daryl Braithwaite, Kate Ceberano, John Paul Young and Jon Stevens have teamed up to deliver all their best and favourite hits. You’ll be riding on the horses at The Empire Theatre. Tickets $84.90.

Thelma Plum – Saturday 4 June

Thelma Plum has been writing some unromantic breakup songs and she wants you to hear them. Show is at The Spotted Cow, tickets are $20 pre-sale, $25 at the door.

British India – Friday 10 June

Touring their fifth album Nothing Touches Me are Melbourne indie rockers British India. They’ll be popping up at The Spotted Cow. Tickets are the very specific price of $34.70.

Ian Moss – Wednesday 15 June

Come on. You know you still rock out to Tucker’s Daughter every now and then. Ian Moss’s two-hour show celebrates the sixth anniversary of the Six Strings album. At the Empire Theatre, tickets $55.

The Beards – Wednesday 15 June

The Beards are hanging up their hats with a farewell tour. Get all the beard action while you can at The Spotted Cow; tickets $34.70. 

Josh Pyke – Sunday 19 June 

Spend a chilled Sunday afternoon with Josh Pyke at the Blue Mountain Hotel. His ‘But For All These Shrinking Hearts’ regional tour also features guest Jack Carty. Tickets are $34 or for $89 you can get your ticket and a collector’s edition box set.

Karnivool – Wednesday 22 June

They’ve been touring WA, now it’s the East Coast’s turn. Heavy rockers Karnivool will turn up the volume at The Spotted Cow. Tickets at the Brisbane show the next night have already sold out so snap these up quick smart. Tickets $49.
