Pink Fig Mother’s Day Markets

By Toowoomba Living · On March 21, 2018

The annual Pink Fig Mother’s Day Markets is back for a new year of unique, home made goods, great eats and family fun on Sunday 29 April from 12 to 5pm.

Held on the spacious grounds at Darling Downs Christian School, the market offers outdoor eating areas for local gourmet food vans as well as up to 50 boutique stall holders inside their giant white marquee tent.

Select a gift for your Mum, Grandma, Aunty or spoil yourself with a wide range of handcrafted items from some of our best emerging and established artisans.

Want a little taste of who’ll be there? The Flower Grocer, The Baker’s Duck, Prudence’s Pantry and Old Style Russian Fudge & Coconut Ice have signed up. You’ll have to keep an eye on their Facebook to find out who else is coming along.

Gather a group of friends to enjoy some great shopping, live music and delicious food in an ideal picnic spot under the beautiful fig tree.

There’s fun for all the family with an animal nursery, pony rides, jumping castle and lots more fun kid’s activities.

The Pink Fig Mother’s Day Markets are a fundraiser run by Darling Downs Christian School’s P&F Association, so they’re asking for a gold coin donation on entry.

For more information or to book a stall, email pinkfigmothersdaymarkets@gmail.com or phone Darling Downs Christian School on 07 4659 1111.
