2015 Actor Showcase – Thursday 5-Friday 6 November
USQ’s graduate drama students present their skills to the world in a 100 minute montage of stage and screen scenes. 7pm performances Thursday and Friday night, $10 entry.
Mountain Man Motocross – Saturday 7-Sunday 8 November
It’s the 40th anniversary of the Mountain Man Motocross this weekend and Echo Valley will be buzzing as some of the fastest riders around saddle up. Tickets for adults are $10 for Saturday, $20 for Sunday and available at the gate.
Waterworld Toowoomba – Saturday 7-Sunday 8 November
The second and last weekend for the Waterworld Toowoomba event at the Toowoomba Showgrounds. $20 will get you a three hour session.

Finders Keepers Markets – Saturday 7-Sunday 8 November
Just in time to pick up some Christmas goodies Brisbane hosts the Finders Keepers Markets at the Old Museum this weekend. On from 9am to 4pm, entry fee is $2. Come say hi to me working at The Smallest Tribe’s stand!
The Royal Croquet Club – Friday 6-Sunday 22 November
Go a little Alice in Wonderland and visit the Royal Croquet Club’s creative playground at the Cultural Forecourt at South Bank this month. This garden party combines design, food, music, art and of course croquet. It’s family friendly, and except for after 5pm on Friday and Saturday nights, is the wallet-friendly price of: free.
